Cereal Box Guitar

 

You will need: a cereal or tissue box; a long tube (eg a kitchen foil or cling film tube); duck tape or similar; drinking straws or thick/folded paper; paints or other decoration; elastic bands (ideally different lengths, but must be long enough to fit around the box).

1. Cut a hole on the front of the box for the sound hole and on top of the box push the guitar neck through.

2. Insert tube into the hole at the top of the box; secure with tape.

​

3. Stick on a length of drinking straw or thick folded paper to make a bridge either side of the hole then decorate.

​

4. Wrap rubber bands around the box and tape in place at the back, if needed.
