Snack Tube Multi-Drum

 

You will need: 4 to 6 empty snack tubes with lids; old newspaper; duck tape or similar; decorative paper and glue or paint.

1. Stuff newspaper into the tubes to different levels so that each tube is a slightly different pitch, then put the lids back on.

​

2. Decorate the containers if you wish.

​

3. Use duck tape to strap the containers together as in the picture; use doubled tape to make a neck strap if you wish.

​

4. Play your drum kit using chopsticks or wooden spoons (make sure you have a beater for each hand).
