A score is something that tells a musician what to play and when to play it.  A graphic score uses images or symbols to show different instruments or pitches.  If you want to write a score for a tune on recorder, you could just write the note names.

 

There are lots of different ways to make a graphic score - work out the best way for you.  Have a go at including directions for tempo and dynamics.
